The liliputians birthday boutique is now carrying THE most fabulous little tutus and tutu skirts.  Not only are these pouffy tulle creations just simply perfect, but they are made here in America.  Now who doesn’t love that?!?

These super cute tutus and tutu bands are perfect for photos, flower girls, holidays or just for dress up play. The possibilities are endless!  The tutu skirts are a longer style and fit more like a skirt whereas the tutu band lay straight out in a pouff like a prima ballerina.  Both styles are super cute!  Layer over jeans or leggings to add a bit of style and flourish to any outfit.
